Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in stocking inventory and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience in culinary or kitchen operations
- Ability to sanitate work areas regularly
